The Client
Design Dua sells Moses baskets and bassinets handwoven by artisans in Ghana, West Africa. Every piece carries the craftsmanship and story of the people who made it, giving the brand a level of meaning and authenticity that's rare in the baby product space.

The Challenge
Nursery and baby products is a crowded, visually driven category where parents scroll past dozens of near-identical listings. Design Dua's bassinets weren't just another product on that shelf. The challenge was building a Meta ad strategy that did justice to the craftsmanship behind each piece while still speaking directly to what expecting parents actually wanted for their nursery.
Our Approach
We started by immersing ourselves in Design Dua's brand DNA: the product, the story, and the customer. Understanding how those three things fit together shaped everything that followed.
From there, we built a Meta ad strategy anchored on Design Dua's single biggest differentiator: handwoven bassinets made by artisans in West Africa. Rather than treating that as a footnote, we made it central to the creative, using ad copy that told Design Dua's story and gave each bassinet a sense of meaning most nursery products never earn.
Alongside the story, we built ads around the outcome moms were actually chasing: a beautiful, picture-perfect, Instagram-worthy nursery. Pairing that aspirational payoff with the authenticity of the artisan story gave us creative that worked on both the emotional and aesthetic level, letting us reach moms with a message that felt both aspirational and genuine.

The Results
The strategy delivered a 10+ ROAS sustained for more than two years, driving significant growth and consistently profitable customer acquisition for Design Dua.
Reflection
